  • This workshop aims to prepare participants to successfully pass the PMP® certification exam, so students are asked to have prior knowledge of the PMBOK.

Addressed to:

  • Professionals who need to have a basic understanding of the ITIL ®  framework and how to use it to improve the quality of IT service management within an organization and IT professionals who are working in an organization that has adopted ITIL®  and need to contribute In a program of continuous improvement of services.

Hours Given:

  • 24 Academic hours (20 hours chronological), and will be held on Saturdays from 02:00 pm to 06:30 pm.
